Licensed Therapist - Life Coach
Greetings and a very warm welcome!
Engaging in therapy by allowing someone into your story is a courageous step into an unknown personal adventure.
My deepest desire is to provide a safe and comfortable space where you feel listened to, understood, validated and encouraged.
I am continually amazed at the strength, resilience and wisdom that emerges from the metamorphosis of a person’s deepest pain and struggle into new ways of being. It is an honor and privilege to join you, at whatever place you are in life, as you seek to move into a greater sense of peace, healing and wholeness.
About
Over the past 25 years, one of the greatest joys for me has been walking with individuals into uncharted places in their lives as they discover new ways of thinking, feeling and being. I love it when one new ‘ah-ha’ in a person’s thinking changes the trajectory of their life. Or, when years of protective emotional layers are slowly removed and real relational vulnerability and freedom emerges.
Working professionally with children, adolescents, adults and families in a variety of therapeutic settings has taught me that there is always hope and limitless possibilities. Attending graduate school Temple University (Master’s in Social Work) and Eastern Seminary (Masters of Divinity) was the beginning of both formal and trench-learning to understand the importance and long-range impact of mental and spiritual health. As a 4-Gateways Life Coach, I incorporate mind/body/heart/soul understandings to gain new awareness and insights into ways we are stuck and motivation to make life-giving changes.

Rate:
$140 per 50-minute session
(A sliding scale is available for clients in need.)

The full fee for each counseling session is due and payable at the time of service. You will be provided with a receipt containing all the information necessary to file a claim with your insurance carrier so that you may file your insurance claim and receive prompt reimbursement.

*Note for Insurance Claims:
To determine whether your insurance policy will cover services, you will need to contact your benefits department and ask whether they cover mental health services. If they do, continue on by asking if they cover an out-of-network provider who is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado. If they accept, please note: *I do not provide managed care for clients, which means, I will not manage or submit your insurance claims and reimbursements. However, if requested, I will provide you with an invoice/receipt for all payments made for counseling services. This invoice can then be directly submitted to your insurance provider. If your insurance company covers services (individual counseling) they will reimburse you directly based on their predetermined customary percentage.
